趕緊回美前清咁啲冰箱存貨，今日煎埋最後兩塊扒。今日雙爐齊開，細果塊係 DeBuyer 煎既，大果塊係 LC。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
