這次在 DD 牛扒團訂單中加了小牛扒，便即興用 Nike 鍋來 Sabu Sabu，另外買了菜、菇、豬肉片及冰箱的烏冬。同場加映，周日早上的三文魚炒蛋早餐。

因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。
