大圍盆菜

每年重陽節前,各圍村都忙於煮盆菜。我住在圍村超過十年,吃最多是上水盆菜,也吃過錦田元朗的盆菜,大致上差不多。是年多謝咩咩安排了一次大圍盆菜宴,用鹽水鴨、粉絲和蝦做的盆菜,跟北區人以豬肉為主的盆菜不同,別有一番風味。
