攝於 2005 年農曆新年前夕，見圍村地方過年氣氛濃厚，便拿了相機出去影相。為給自己一個實習功課，特別不用廣角鏡，帶了一支 Sigma 70-300 Macro。

上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
