替 Joan 爸爸慶祝父親節，到很久沒光顧的上環素藝社，訂位時驚覺素藝社已結業，馬上詢問熟客茶茶。原來素藝社只是改了名字，現在叫寶彩軒。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
