參加了香港大學舉辦的 Leadership Institute 課程，到了泰國曼谷五天。頭四天都在酒店會議室上課，沒有拍照，唯獨最後一天到朱拉隆功大學參觀時，才帶相機去。

Kitty 的新上海餐館  

利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。

六十年一屆的上水太平清醮，一生人只有見到一次，長壽的可以參與兩次。一連三天的慶典，包括石湖墟巡遊、唱大戲、鬼王巡遊、千人盤菜等等。
