一年一度 Ken&Carol 回港大日子，我特地在將軍澳浦田設宴款待 Ken 及趙伯母一家。
這是我第四次來到曼谷，入住 Sukhumvit 區 Soi 26 的 DoubleTree Hilton 酒店，位置就在香港人喜愛的榮泰魚蛋粉旁。
定期跟 Buck 和 Wilson Kwok 的飯局聚會。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
