文哥臨走前的周六中午，到了西貢六福食海鮮，我跟文哥爭比錢爭持不下，最後由 Joan 負責埋單。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

與舊同事到尖鼻嘴行山，用的是 Yashica 雙鏡反光相機。
