這年的荷花開得特別燦爛。往年到雲泉影荷花都是失望而回，原因是小弟最遠的一支鏡頭是 85mm，稍遠一點的荷花都顯得力不從心，加上一直不太適應這支 Sonnar 85/2。自此回歸老師傅年代用目測距離，今年的荷花相終於發揮得到這支老鏡的威力。

Alan 生日，去三姐海鮮飯店食地道海鮮，繼續由阿舅的『飲茶錢』津貼，尾數由我支付。

即慶吹雞的平安夜 BBQ，也是第一次去大尾篤燒烤王。

六月份一個跟職訓局到北京清華大學的交流活動。為期七天，除了每天到清華大學上課外，還參觀了昇旗、天安門廣場、吉利大學、國家博物館及 798 藝術區。

老爸的派克 51 墨水筆，相片本來是給手記《老爸的鋼筆》作插圖用。

Alan took this picture at our house in Hong Kong, Amoy Garden, using his new Minox camera. The photo was developed by the premium Kodak developing service and Kodak Digial imaging service.

Pictures was shot around late January 2001 when Alan was in the New York. All pictures were taken by him with his Minox camera.
