上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
久違了的香港圖書館協會海外考察團，雖然我在五月尾才到過新加坡旅遊，但我還是爽快地報了名。一來是這些圖書館並不一定可以隨便參觀，二來是可以憑這次機會跟海外圖書館打交道。

Alan 生日，去三姐海鮮飯店食地道海鮮，繼續由阿舅的『飲茶錢』津貼，尾數由我支付。
