計劃這次旅程，一半原因是朋友 Winnie 來到遠東旅遊，另外的特別之處，就是吃了一餐特別的日本 Omakase及去了中山區花博公園看玫瑰花展。

澄澄為 Ken 慶生，安排了火炭工廈的私房菜。

又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。
