這次安排了去日本，反正國外許多地方都未完全開放，對上一次日本遊已是 2019 年。這次京阪之旅沒有特別行程，唯獨是信用咭有海外餐飲回贈，順道預約了一家米其林一星的壽司店。
一年一度意粉記念日，前年的慶祝地點是 Chef Eddy，今次又去 Chef Eddy 私房菜，只是老闆 Eddy 已經由香港仔搬到銅鑼灣。今次主打黑松露，正合我河車。
