計劃這次旅程，一半原因是朋友 Winnie 來到遠東旅遊，另外的特別之處，就是吃了一餐特別的日本 Omakase及去了中山區花博公園看玫瑰花展。
一年一度 OU 舊同事吹水會，今年準備了八鄉南苑盆菜，比上水盆菜較入味，頭盆是慢煮四小時的斧頭扒。
