除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

文哥回港，適逢素藝舍轉新菜，位置又方便大家搭車，便順道帶大家吃一頓素菜。

又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。
