因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

澄澄為 Ken 慶生，安排了火炭工廈的私房菜。

一年一度的鴻星大閘蟹宴。

出席了香港大學圖書館舉辦的 Leadership Institute 而到了上海一趟，順道約了住在南京的 Gary 及 Christine。

行完山出左去西貢食午飯，去了旺泰特食。
