除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

阿父香港遊，地點分別為尖沙咀、東鐵尖沙咀站、樓下昇悅、西貢、山頂、深井、東涌﹝與他的朋友﹞、灣仔﹝初到香港時的舊居門前，現址已建成新樓宇﹞及元朗 Kitty 的餐廳。

到 Carol 父母的大澳家一遊，順道品嚐大澳美食。
