阿媽剛落機便到黃大仙美味齋上海菜館吃晚飯。紐約親友每每乘搭聯合航空晚機回港後，都會錯過了晚飯時間，唯獨美味齋營業至凌晨三時，三哥打趣地說，美味齋成了我們到埗後必到都食堂。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

是日到了金華及麥奀吃早餐及午餐，也是只有陪遊客才會光顧的店。
