文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。

歡舖頭裝修，順便重做餐牌，搵左我幫手影相，我就叫埋 Joan 一齊去，多部機多個 backup；又叫埋長叔幫手食野。賽後檢討：唔記得帶燈，打唔走個影，太唔專業了，但老闆又似乎唔多介意。

跟 Joan 同事到台北快閃旅遊渡周末，由香港出發至抵港，剛好 48 小時。
