2015 年 5 月，文哥 Deborah 回港慶祝母親節，一家去了澳門吃喝玩樂。為免行程太趕，大家在十六浦住了一晚。
回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
同屋企人的聖誕扒餐，特別試下新入既豬扒。同場加映，Joan 主理既 Risotto，選用前一日食剩既赤米蝦。
