攝於 2005 年農曆新年前夕，見圍村地方過年氣氛濃厚，便拿了相機出去影相。為給自己一個實習功課，特別不用廣角鏡，帶了一支 Sigma 70-300 Macro。

是日到了金華及麥奀吃早餐及午餐，也是只有陪遊客才會光顧的店。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
