除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
朋友在丹竹坑租了一塊農地，我經常去打搞，這天耕作完畢後去了聯和墟新漢記吃客家菜。
