因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

周日下午，又去大尾篤 late lunch，食完專程去中大鏡湖影相，但點知無水。
