新一年開始，美國運通咭送上旅遊及海外餐飲回贈，所以一月便訂了前往泰國的機票及酒店。原因是以五星級酒店而言，泰國的相對便宜。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
