因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。

攝於五月廿五日於深水埗漢寶酒樓，為Frankie洗塵，並預賀韋信的生日。

新一年開始，美國運通咭送上旅遊及海外餐飲回贈，所以一月便訂了前往泰國的機票及酒店。原因是以五星級酒店而言，泰國的相對便宜。

2004 年文哥去了加拿大山區旅遊。
