二月時去過一次東京及大阪，題為『復常京阪遊』。 這次去的是東京，有別於此前數次都住在汐留或新宿，這次到了一個香港人較少去的地方 —— 墨田區的錦糸町。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
