這是第二年出席日本的學術會議了，上年在大阪，今年在神戶。在會議前後及空餘時間，除了遊覽神戶外，我還去了幾個鄰近的旅遊勝地，包括姬路、淡路島、岡山及倉敷等。
由 Geoff 牽頭的一個 BB 派對。
剛到將軍澳上任不久，即慶約良哥在將軍澳海港食飯。
這次在 DD 牛扒團訂單中加了小牛扒，便即興用 Nike 鍋來 Sabu Sabu，另外買了菜、菇、豬肉片及冰箱的烏冬。同場加映，周日早上的三文魚炒蛋早餐。
