因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。
適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。
