光哥回港渡假，碰巧當天生日，大伙兒到淘大稻香晚飯。

每年十月份，Frankie 都會安排回港棎親，近年多數選擇途經日本，順道組織家庭旅行。我安排了九月三十日一起到鎌倉遊玩，其餘時間則各自活動。

行完山出左去西貢食午飯，去了旺泰特食。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
