菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。

這次北海道之旅可算來得突然，二月時人事部告知我要在三月底前清五天假，否則將被當作放棄。如是者，便四處看看有沒有平機票，剛巧看北海道機票才五千元上下，便計劃了五天行程。
