媽媽一直都想去一次日本，奈何許多機緣巧合之下，計劃一直延遲，直至這次東京之旅。這次行程有一半時間是往近郊走，先去橫濱及河口湖，才返回東京。碰巧我們有位親戚在橫須賀，便留言相約在橫濱見面，替是次旅程加一點特備節目。

一年一度 OU 舊同事吹水會，今年準備了八鄉南苑盆菜，比上水盆菜較入味，頭盆是慢煮四小時的斧頭扒。

好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。
