適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。

Greyhound 喺美國係長途巴士公司，仲記得以前由紐約坐去多倫多要成十一個鐘，最難忘係難頂既巴士廁所味，同一位話不投機既鄰座旅客。喺 IFC 見到間餐廳用呢個名，忍唔住入去 fusion 一下。
