除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

這天即慶到谷埔遊，原因有三，一）有人想買蜜糖；二）日本買了二手相機，總要找個理由試一試；三）夏季將至，襯乍暖還寒之際，有得行山好行了。
