我和 Joan 七月時才去過台灣，短短兩個月又來到了台灣一趟，主要原因是信用咭的海外飲食回贈還未用，加上這幾個月的工作將會較忙，要來個快閃旅遊的話，台北還是首選。
對上一次圖書館協會外訪團要追索至六年前，小弟極希望要在是年卸任前完成外訪團。一早定下外訪地點是泰國曼谷，原因是當地有書商照應，到訪了泰國國家圖書館、朱拉隆功大學、泰國創意設計中心及西里拉醫學圖書館。
