回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
這是我第四次來到曼谷，入住 Sukhumvit 區 Soi 26 的 DoubleTree Hilton 酒店，位置就在香港人喜愛的榮泰魚蛋粉旁。
一年一度三分屋企燒烤，今年有廿八人參加。
