替 Joan 爸爸慶祝父親節，到很久沒光顧的上環素藝社，訂位時驚覺素藝社已結業，馬上詢問熟客茶茶。原來素藝社只是改了名字，現在叫寶彩軒。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
