因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

早上開完會便和同事及 Joanna 去吟彩吃日本菜，賣相不錯，只是不便宜。晚上約了 腸＆Katie 去合和中心對面的 QRE 六樓 BB’s European Cuisine，雖然顧客不多，但質素並不輸蝕，而且價格相宜。
