上水圍村東慶堂盆菜
因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
應歡要求，替金香菜館影小菜相。這次是第二次拍照，補拍幾張小菜相 ＋ 三代同堂合照。
定期跟 Buck 和 Wilson Kwok 的飯局聚會。
