因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
2002 年文哥買的新車。
文哥回港，一家人便開車到流浮山明記吃晚飯，誰不知明記的知音大有人在，明記爆滿，在明記幫忙的伙記建議並帶我們到附近的彩鳳酒家，說彩鳳酒家也是本地的老字號，很喜歡這種鄰里一家親而非同行如敵國的情懷。
