2012 年影的家庭照
這次美國之行早在一年前已經籌備，日蝕時間為八月尾，機位必然非常緊張。除了日蝕，其餘在美的時間則在逛大都會博物館，本來希望看完整個博物館，但極其量也只是看了一半。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
