是次旅行比較即興，原因是 Joan 公司農曆年放長假，為免浪費了假期，便計劃到日本旅行。我對京都有一份情意結，原因是眾多日本都巿之中，唯獨京都的古蹟保存得比較完整。
2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。
上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
