因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

二零零一年六月二日及三日，周末跟爸爸、伯父、哥哥及一班我爸的太極朋友，到了老遠的肇慶，途經廣州、新會、江門、東莞、虎門、恩平、海豐、珠海、深圳、番禺、順德、中山等地方。兩天行程，當然是車程佔了大多數。照片大多是由本人操刀，用的是爸爸的萬能達傻瓜相機。
