這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。

Greyhound 喺美國係長途巴士公司，仲記得以前由紐約坐去多倫多要成十一個鐘，最難忘係難頂既巴士廁所味，同一位話不投機既鄰座旅客。喺 IFC 見到間餐廳用呢個名，忍唔住入去 fusion 一下。
