上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。

2010 年，因為要處理爸爸的身後事，難得四兄弟在香港聚首一堂。早上在寶福山處理骨灰事宜後，晚上在三聖吃飯，拍下了沒有老爸的家庭合照。

適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。
