這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。

是日到了金華及麥奀吃早餐及午餐，也是只有陪遊客才會光顧的店。

因上次 Boxing Day 邊爐有朋友向隅，新年後特設第二輪邊爐。
