回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
剛到將軍澳上任不久，即慶約良哥在將軍澳海港食飯。
2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。
