因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。
除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
