文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。
一年一度的美國行，今年的隨團團友除 Joan 外，還有媽媽及大哥 Alan，一家人更浩浩盪盪地去大峽谷及中部的國家公園遊覽。
利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。
