一年一度意粉記念日，前年的慶祝地點是 Chef Eddy，今次又去 Chef Eddy 私房菜，只是老闆 Eddy 已經由香港仔搬到銅鑼灣。今次主打黑松露，正合我河車。

上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
每逢夏季 Ken 回港，去雲泉影荷花變成例行公事。
Iris 請客，替 Ken 洗塵。
是日到香港公園試鏡前到中環吃早餐。
