上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。

因為方便一家人自駕旅遊，行程都以近郊為主，而在大阪近郊，有城池也有溫泉，便選擇了和歌山及白濱這個行程。

攝於五月廿五日於深水埗漢寶酒樓，為Frankie洗塵，並預賀韋信的生日。

由海象隊吹雞的三聖海鮮晚餐，由司力架同車頭主理，以數量震憾見稱，聖旨去殼當炒麵咁炒，買賴尿蝦以缸為單位，全晚只有海鮮都食唔晒。
