即慶吹雞的平安夜 BBQ，也是第一次去大尾篤燒烤王。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

在網上看見蓬吉鄉鄉花海，是日一早嘈醒 Singly 去影相。影完相去屏山華嫂冰室食早餐，但等完位都差唔多中午了。
